​Unica Patrick, will manage all aspects of your loved one's case and provide total assistance. She will oversee the caregiver, provide backup care when necessary, and serve as the liaison between the patient, the caregiver and the family and keep everyone in the loop.

 If you or other members of your family live out of Los Angeles, she can be counted on to help you make the important decisions regarding the best care. Even if something is needed that is outside the scope of the Preserve Home Care’s services, Unica can make the proper referrals so she can continue to manage the case. You're never "on your own" with Unica Patrick as your Care Manager. She and the rest of the staff at Preserve Home care will always be there to help shoulder the responsibility of caring for you or your loved one.

24 Hour Availability
The highly trained and qualified staff at Preserve Home Care is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to our clients and their families. We make sure we are available whenever you need us. We know emergencies don't always occur during normal business hours so we are there whenever the need arises. We try to give our clients the same type of treatment we would want our own family members to receive.


State Licensed, Insured, and Bonded Home Care Agency

The state of California began regulating Home Care Agencies effective January 1st, 2016 and started issuing licenses' in June of 2016. Preserve Home Care received our license on February 9, 2017. As part of the regulation, caregivers must be Live Scan fingerprinted, TB cleared, receive mandated training prior to working with seniors, receive ongoing continuing education, and other criteria. Also, evidence of insurance coverage is verified through the state. Choosing a licensed agency ensures a level of accountability. We are also an Insured and Bonded Caregiving Agency in the event that an emergency occurs.
